Co-produced, tailored programmes of emotional and holistic support and information aim to improve emotional/mental wellbeing, increase self-management skills, build resilience and reduce loneliness/isolation.
Services available include:
Emotional support sessions - to discuss/understand/manage emotional impact of illness, caring and/or bereavement.
Self-management wellbeing activities – guidance to develop self-management techniques (utilising breath work, mindfulness practices, guided visualisation) which aid relaxation, reduce stress, improve sleep.
Hands-on relaxation wellbeing activities – including aromatherapy massage (hand/foot/body work), reflexology and reiki.
Group based peer support – creating opportunities for peer support and connecting with others in a similar situation.
Signposting – to additional relevant services which may benefits clients individual needs.
